Bungee Fitness involves cardio, strength training and FUN but without all the stress and strain on your knees! Sure to give you a full body-workout, you’ll be attached to a harness and bungee cord to alleviate all the pressure on your joints!

CIRCUIT: It’s a circuit HIIT style workout! We hit cardio, strength and endurance!

Get your heart rate up while jiving to upbeat music with a FUN vibe - cause why not have fun while burning calories?

DANCE CARDIO: Break a sweat and move those hips! Dance Fitness utilizes simple dance steps in a series of fast-paced aerobic dances to get your body moving!
